This means that when you place an order with us, Royal Mail will deliver the package to you and request proof of age upon delivery. If you are unable to provide valid proof of age, the package will not be handed over to you.

We understand that age verification may be inconvenient for some of our customers, but we believe it is an essential step to ensure that our products are not accessed by minors. We would also like to remind our customers that it is illegal to purchase electronic cigarettes and vaping products on behalf of someone who is under the age of 18. If we suspect that an order is being made on behalf of a minor, we reserve the right to cancel the order and report the incident to the appropriate authorities.
